On 8th and 9th of March, ExCeL London venue hosted an annual Data Center World event. This is one of the largest and most popular data center technology events in the world. It continues to provide the latest trends and solutions, enabling data centers on a global level to meet the challenges they face. Data Centre World is part of AEO award-winning Tech Show London, which brings together five leading technology events: Big Data & AI World, Cloud Expo Europe, Cloud & Cyber Security Expo, Data Centre World, and DevOps Live.
Power Towers had a chance to attend the event together with our partner from United Kingdom – Daxten. During the event, Daxten demonstrated the latest developments in mission critical power distribution, wire-free radio power and environmental monitoring systems, as well as leak detection systems. Daxten also featured fully customisable rack PDUs, ultra-compact ATS solutions, and best practices for data and media destruction. As part of the presentation, Daxten presented their smart tools and services that simplify the installation, expansion, and maintenance of data centers.
Daxten and Power Towers presented the Peco DC during the event in London. This is a unique product created in collaboration with Daxten, which won DCS Awards 2022 within the category of “Data Centre Safety & Security Innovation of the Year”. Peco DC was recognized as a safer way of working at Low-Level Heights, while performing installations, inspections, maintenance, or repairs in Data Centres. The reason is that PecoDC was designed specifically to fit narrow rack aisles in data centers and has a narrower footprint than the standard Pecolift.
